FIRST FLOOR
The first floor features a vaulted ceiling living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a convertible bedroom with twin single beds and a hallway full bath. All rooms have jalousie windows and ceiling fans that enable through house ventilation. The windows also have pleated shades that can be pulled up for optimum light and ventilation, or dropped partially down for a combination of ventilation and privacy.

The Living Room
The living room has a soaring 2-1/2 story vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. The comfortable furnishings are grouped around a 46" Sony HDTV and surround sound system with views across the lower lanai to the ocean.

The Dining Room
The dining room will seat 8 people at the large oval dining table. A sideboard provides buffet space and storage for placemats, napkins and many other dining decorations and amenities.

The Lower Lanai
Double sliding glass doors open onto the lower lanai. The lanai itself overlooks La'aloa Bay, just 100 feet away. The lanai has a glass topped table and four chairs for alfresco dining and two side chairs with foot stools for reading and watching the breaking waves in the cove. There is a full size gas grill in its own recessed niche. Stairs from the lanai lead down to the lawn where there is an ocean gate just a few steps away, providing direct access to the ocean.

The Kitchen
The kitchen, completely re-modeled in 2006, has all new Kitchen Aid appliances and capacious Koa wood cabinetry. This is a seriously equipped facility, with all of the small appliances and implements that you would expect to find in a luxury kitchen that is frequently used for entertaining.

The First Floor Bedroom
Just off of the living room is the third bedroom. It can be separated for privacy by sliding shoji screen pocket doors. Usually set up as a studio with sofa beds and a desk, this room can easily be converted for you into a third bedroom. The "sofas" are actually two full size twin beds with removable bolsters. They can be left in the "L" shape shown in this picture, or alternatively, they can be configured as two side-by-side twin beds with a lamp and table between.

The First Floor Bathroom
The first floor bath is located in the hallway, just off the entrance to the living and dining area. It is a compact full bath with sink, toilet and tiled stall shower.

The Wet Bar
Located conveniently between the Living Room and the Studio Bedroom, the wet bar has a bar sink and half size refrigerator. The Bar cabinets contain a full assortment of wine and cocktail glasses as well as bar implements.
